Don’t Miss the Party—Join SOHO Now!
November/December 2026
If you’ve been thinking about becoming a SOHO member, now is the perfect time to join. This December, you could be part of one of our most beloved traditions: the Annual Members’ Potluck Party.
Join us on Wednesday, December 16, 2026, for a festive early evening filled with friendship, laughter, good food, and the people who make SOHO such a special community.
It has been another challenging year for San Diego’s preservation community. Through legislation, policy changes, and ongoing threats to historic places, SOHO and its members have continued to speak up, stand together, and strongly advocate for the places that tell San Diego’s story. For one evening, though, we can put the serious work aside and simply celebrate the people and teamwork that make it possible.
And this year, we’re asking our members to bring someone new. Invite a friend, neighbor, colleague, or anyone who loves San Diego and its history. It’s a wonderful way to introduce someone to SOHO and to the community of people who care about preserving the places and stories that make San Diego unique.
Members and their guests will enjoy an evening of history, holiday decorations, tasty refreshments, and the opportunity to experience one of San Diego’s treasured historic places in a celebratory new way.
If your membership has lapsed, renew now. If you’re not yet a member, join SOHO today and make sure you’re part of this special evening.
Bring a dish. Bring a friend. Come celebrate SOHO.
Members and their guests are welcome. Details about the celebration will be provided to members in early December.
