This May, in celebration of National Preservation Month, SOHO will host a free online presentation revealing surprising new findings about the economic and cultural value of San Diego’s historic neighborhoods.
Join Donovan Rypkema, principal of PlaceEconomics and one of the nation’s leading authorities on the economics of preservation, as he presents the findings of SOHO’s newly released economic impact report. Drawing on extensive local data and national expertise, he will demonstrate how historic preservation contributes to San Diego's economic vitality, job creation, heritage tourism, neighborhood stability, and sustainable development.
