This building has already been re-painted in the wrong color, landscaping destroyed, lobby-level garden and water feature destroyed, and now the renovations. Very sad. Deems Lewis & Martin were likely (next to Hope, Wheeler, and Sadler) the best modernist firm in San Diego that did large public commercial commissions.
