Friends of Mrs. Whaley's Garden

If you like to garden with friends in a pretty place and can spare a couple of hours a month, why not join the Friends of Mrs. Whaley's Garden? This new committee meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9-11 am in the gazebo area of the garden at the Whaley House. It is chaired by Master Gardener Jessica McGee.

We do light garden grooming, such as weeding, dead-heading, etc., in a friendly, stress-free environment. No experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to make these beautiful gardens even lovelier. So, if this sounds like something you would enjoy, bring your gloves if you use them and your favorite handtool and join us!
