Hotel del Coronado Annex
These buildings are an integral part of the Hotel Del Complex. The laundry, icehouse, carpentry shop, early garage and power plant are historic assets and enhance the uniqueness of the hotel. The power plant is a part of our American history, it being the largest of its type in the world when it was first built. It retains its original interior with marble switchboard, which still services the Hotel today. The tremendous tunnel from the complex to the hotel is just one of the fascinating aspects of the buildings. These great spaces could be utilized for maximum performance with even the smallest bit of consideration and imagination.
