SOHO Museum Shop Grand OpeningBy Beth Montes

SOHO members really came through and made our opening day a grand success, taking in over $2,000 in just a few short hours. Compliments abounded, much to the gratification of the volunteers and staff who worked so hard to create a shop that was up to the level of quality that SOHO members have come to expect. It was a challenge that was rewarded by your generous participation. Please continue to think of SOHO's museum Shop first when you are looking for that special gift or the reference guides, books, and decor for the old house love. We intend to expand the stock as quickly and as extensively as possible to make this shop your preservation and restoration choice. Finally, San Diego has its own source. No more long treks to Los Angeles or elsewhere, if we don't have it yet, we will get it for you. We have fabulous stocking stuffers and, with you membership discount, it's that much easier to save the past when you buy a present. |
