Welcome Ranger Berry

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Faith Berry spent her summers in Canada and went to college in Bemidji, Minnesota, where she majored in environmental studies. She loves snow shoeing, cross country skiing and canoeing. She has two wonderful children, Jennifer, 20, and Joel, 16. After moving to San Diego, Faith began working at the Chula Vista Nature Center. Her work with the bird of prey program landed her a job with Joan Embry as her personal assistant for ten years. As a ranger at Santee Lakes she was HAZMAT certified and then came to work with the County of San Diego, starting at Lake Morena, transferred to Potrero, and now her promotional position as senior ranger brings her to Heritage Park and Whaley House. Faith is a welcome addition to the team, a diligent and tireless worker.
