Saving a Craftsman Bungalow from threat of teardown and the subsequent restoration of the home with much of the work being done by homeowner.

Discovering and restoring the only known residence in San Diego designed by modernist Craig Ellwood, with much of the work being done by homeowner using the home’s original blueprints.

Project or reason for nomination:
Technical innovation for the preservation of the1898 ferryboat Berkeley which serves as the headquarters for the Maritime Museum of San Diego.
- Winner: San Dieguito River Park / Sikes Adobe & IS architecture
Award: Rural Preservation
Project or reason for nomination:
Restoration of the circa 1870 Sikes Adobe Farmhouse
- Winner: John and Stephanie Wylie
Award: Planned Resurrection
Project or reason for nomination:
Restoration of a 1924 Emmor Brooke Weaver home using original blueprints.
- Winner: Point Loma Nazarene University/The Greek Theater
Award: Classic Revival
Project or reason for nomination:
For the restoration and continued maintenance and care of the 1903 Greek Theatre. One of only three existing Greek theatres in the U.S.
