Suggested Wording
for Wills and TrustsThe following suggested wording is provided as a courtesy. Please consult your estate planning attorney for advice on all legal aspects of your estate planning.
Proportional Bequest
I give to Save Our Heritage Organisation, an amount equal to _______% (_______ percent) of the total value of the assets in my estate, whatever the amount shall be at the time of my death. [Continue with either: This gift is to be added to the Preservation Revolving Fund; or: This gift is to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of SOHO shall, in its sole discretion, determine.]
Residuary Bequest
I give to Save Our Heritage Organisation, all the residue and remainder of my estate. [Continue with either: This gift is to be added to the Preservation Revolving Fund; or: This gift is to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of SOHO shall, in its sole discretion, determine.]
Specific Bequest

Contingent Bequest
