This building is designated under Criteria B as identified with Henry G. Fenton, who, through various businesses, was crucial in guiding the development of San Diego.

4308 Sierra Vista in Mission Hills is a bungalow constructed in 1912 by an unknown builder for Walter C. and Roxanna Smith. This building is designated under Criteria C for its distinctive characteristics of Craftsman style architecture, which represents the Arts and Crafts movement in San Diego.

3315 Elliott Street in Point Loma is also of the Spanish Eclectic style, constructed in 1933 for Estelle and William J. McKenna. This designation falls under Criteria C as well, and represents a second phase in the development of Loma Portal, initiated by the San Diego Securities Company.

4649 Biona Drive in Kensington-Talmadge is a Tudor style house, constructed in 1926 by and for Master Builder Lewis Henry, and Anna Dodge. Designated under criterion C and D, this house embodies distinctive features of the Tudor style through details such as a steep pitch, decorative half-timbering and casement windows with diamond panes as well as represents notable work of an official Master Builder.
