SOHO is a collaborator in "Irving J. Gill: New Architecture for a Great Country," a Southern California celebration of the architect's legacy, which was named one of only two notable visual arts events of 2016 by the San Diego Union-Tribune on December 23. SOHO's exhibition, "Irving Gill: Progress & Poetry in Architecture" continues at the Marston House through Sunday, March 26. The collection of never-before-seen photographs of early Gill buildings, historic postcards portraying his architecture, and original redwood furniture he designed for the Wheeler J. Bailey House is documented in a SOHO catalog of the same title.
